Hello everyone, I have a 2014 Kia Sorento 2.4 and my awd system has failed and the light is on for the awd system. I pulled the codes as: c1627 can time-out 4wd, c1611hecu can communication, c1612 hecu no tcv can message. I've had the car (2010 diesel auto KX3) for about 3 years and never had the need for the diff lock but the wheels started spinning on a leaf-covered hill so I stopped, pressed the diff-lock button and tried again. As soon as one wheel slips the vehicle completely stops accelerating no matter how far I push the pedal it will not move and starts to roll backward.
