If you're trying to set two different times for two different valves in A, that's your problem there. The start time numbers are not zone numbers. If you set zone 1 for 10 minutes and zone 2 for 10 minutes, and set start time 1 for 10am and start time 2 for 6am, both zones will run consecutively at both of those times.

Here you can select how long to run each zone for - but they will all run for that amount of time. This will ignore any programming settings and will run every zone for X minutes. See page 25. Edit: Also, I'd suggest a Hunter Pro-HC over a Rachio.
