I haven’t played lost between worlds so I can’t give my personal opinion but majority of players say it isn’t that good, if you want the most content go for it. but I would choose either gold or deluxe because the villains dlcs are very well made (only really if you have played the previous far cry’s, though you can still have fun just won’t make sense). Far Cry 3 in my book has 9.5/10. where Far Cry 4 has 10/10 - its more far cry 3 but with more weapons , few signifficant to me gamepaly improvements which lack of them really bothered me in FC3, more fun quests / side activities and with tundras and mountains .. enviroments i love the most. The Far Cry games have always cast you as an army of one, but New Dawn turns you into a legit superhero. These powers are novel for a bit, but feel a little unnecessary when I'm already able to Both are on sale on the PlayStation Store for US$25. My previous Far Cry games were Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon and (recently) Far Cry Primal. EDIT: Found out the standard edition of Far Cry 5 is on sale for $15, so might just get that. If your already hyped for 6 and you have the spare change. I say go for it! Blood dragon is like 4 hours long if that's worth it to you then get it. Blood Dragon is awesome in itself but add in being able to play from the perspective of Vaas, Min, and Joesph Seed. Personally, I'm enjoying New Dawn way more than I did Far Cry 5. Same. New dawn feels like a totally new game and it is much much better than far cry 5. You should buy Far Cry 5 first because it's main title and also prequel to New Dawn and after completion of the story, go for New Dawn. EkS3.
